MISSION STATEMENT
Hooping for Peace (HFP) is a human rights organization that endorses and organizes creative, fun-filled forms of protest with the aim of actively promoting peace and social justice.
HFP invites everyone with a passion for peace to join us, whether or not they can or choose to hoop. The hoop is a medium for peaceful protest, and therefore, hooping is optional. Heart, however, is an absolute necessity!

HFP aims to unite people across race, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, ethnic or national origin, age, disability, culture and religion in order to promote peace and to denounce hate, bigotry and discrimination. Our goal in fostering such unity is to passionately and persistently pursue peace and justice through all possible means, and we are always open to new ideas and suggestions.

*DONATIONS: Donations will be used for one of two purposes: (1) To save for future HFP events; or (2) To assist other charitable public health, human rights and/or educational organizations with the stated mission of promoting and protecting peace and human rights.
